The Okwahu Campus of the University organized a one-month Summer School which targeted the second year double track students who were on vacation from July 6, 2019.
The aim of the Summer School was to engage them while at home especially in core subject areas where students have difficulties in the final WASSCE. 15 students from five different schools on the Kwahu Ridge participated in the project.
The students were exposed to topics in English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science and ICT. They were also taken through special skills development activities in the areas of presentations skills, goal setting, financial management, budgeting, team building, and leadership skills.
