The National Choir Union of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana (PCGCU) has held discussions with the management of Presbyterian University College, Ghana (PUCG) to put up a multi-purpose student hostel at its Okwahu campus.
This decision by the PCGCU is a response to the call by PUCG to companies, congregations, presbyteries, groups and individuals to support the infrastructural development in the various campuses.
The leadership of PCGCU led by its national president Professor Daniel Okae-Anti has visited the site for the project to assess the land to pave way for the start of the project.
According to Professor Daniel Okae-Anti, the leadership of the PCGCU has thought of getting assets for the union and believes that investing in the infrastructure of the University is in the best interest of the Union and the Church.
He noted that such investments by the Union will help build the image of the Union, Presbyterian Church of Ghana and the Presbyterian University College, Ghana.
The PCGCU National President praised the PUCG for the proper demarcation of its lands and hoped that the project would be completed before the commencement of the 2016/2017 academic year.

Professor Emmanuel Adow Obeng expressed joy for the immediate response to the University’s call for support. He disclosed that the contribution from the PCGCU will help student accommodation immensely and improve learning in the University.
