With Faith in God as part of the core values of the PUG, the University organizes midweek services every Wednesday to help develop the spiritual life of students on campus.
In a heartwarming service today, the Management of the University has donated a collection of musical instruments to the chaplaincy to enrich the worship experience for both students and staff.

The donated items, handed over by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. John Ofosu-Anim to the Chaplaincy Board at the University’s Great Hall included guitars, trumpets, drums and a mixer.
The Vice-Chancellor, sharing Management’s inspiration behind the donation, explained that music is a powerful tool that brings people together in worship.
He was hopeful that these instruments will encourage more participation, inspire talent, and elevate the overall spiritual experience of every member of the University community.
Prof. Ofosu-Anim also believed that this is a way of giving back and ensuring that worship remained a meaningful and joyous occasion.
The University Chaplain, Rev. Dr. Frank Adu, expressed heartfelt gratitude on behalf of the Board, emphasizing the importance of music in deepening faith and connecting with God.
Rev. Dr. Adu further mentioned that this donation will not only enhance worship but also provide opportunities for young musicians to develop their talents in service to the Lord. He was deeply grateful to the Management for their kindness and generosity.
After praying and consecrating the donated instruments, the University community present at the gathering erupted in joyous praise, using the newly received instruments.
