OBJECTIVE: The objective of this three-day summit is to explain and understand the impact of character based failures and governanace practices in the school and workplace and to develop appropriate leadership strategies to combat this phenomenon, particularly among our youth and students. It is also to get organisations and schools back on 100% compliance of implementing an integrated, comprehensive chacater-based culture in the Ghanaian society as was in the yester-years with the proverbial ‘Presbyterian Discipline’.
