I am proud of PUCG

The maiden Alumni Business Seminar hosted a genius alumnus, Kwame Amfo-Akonnor who has turned a passionate past time into a flourishing business.

He admonished the audience who had thronged the auditorium to take their training at PUCG serious stating “I am a proud alumnus of this University”.

He attributed his progress to the knowledge, training and skills he received in the University.

 

Kwame Amfo-Akonnor graduated in 2017 majoring in Human Resource Management from the School of Business and Economics. As a private chef, he has set up a business, Biishville, located at East Legon in Accra which has received United Nations’ recognition.

Kwame Amfo-Akonnor has been appointed by the United Nations as a High Level Influencer with the responsibility to help raise funds for Refugee Camps managed by the UN Refugee Agency. A task he has started so well.

He recounted how challenging it was when he started his business with only Ȼ300.00 but through his innovation which included employing social media tactics and boldly approaching some prominent persons in society to support his vision, he has successfully reached this stage that has received recognition from the UN Refugee Agency.
