CHRISTMAS MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Christmas is here again and we can only thank God for the manifold blessings He has lavished on us, as a University and as individuals. By God’s grace and mercies, we have come to the end of yet an eventful year. It may not be as we envisaged, but we can only say Ebenezer, for thus far has the Lord helped us.

I wish to thank all members of staff for the dedicated service rendered to the University in our bid to build a world-class University.

As we celebrate Christmas, let us be mindful of the fact that Jesus Christ is the reason for the season. It is a season of expressing love for one another and living in peace and harmony with each other. Let us, therefore, endeavor to live out the core values of the University through the activities we engage in during the festivities.

As the year ends, we must evaluate ourselves with the various responsibilities assigned to us to see how we performed and how we could maximize our efforts towards the growth and development of the University, in the coming year. The year 2020 has a lot of opportunities for us as a University; we must therefore try to leverage on them to our advantage.

It is my prayer that the Good Lord will grant you journey mercies as you travel to your various destinations for the holidays. May the absolute peace that the season brings fill your household so that we will all come back rejuvenated for the task ahead in the next year and beyond.

May the Good Lord be your shield and fortress from all evils. May He guide your going out and coming in, now and forever more. On behalf of Management, I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous Happy New Year.
